Attorney Conference Center
Located in the Hale Boggs building (Room B-245), and connected to the Eastern District of Louisiana Courthouse, the Michaelle Pitard Wynne Attorney Conference Center offers three (3) conference rooms, coffee, water, and other refreshments to attorneys. It is an ideal location for attorneys and clients doing business at the court, settlement discussions, and neutral site depositions or examinations.
The Conference Center is a collaborative effort between the Federal Bar Association, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. It is operated by the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and available to attorneys Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Conference Center boasts a copy center, free wireless internet, fax and printing services, and a lounge with a comfortable and quiet place to relax or work.
In addition to the Conference Center, which is free, the Conference Center offers three (3) furnished, private conference rooms for rent at a rate of $20 per day for Federal Bar Association members, and $30 per day for non-members. The Conference Rooms, which can be reserved below, have telephone access, wireless internet access, and convenient access to the Attorney Conference Center for refreshments. The three Conference Rooms hold the following:
Conference Room 1: 4 individuals,
Conference Room 2: 12 individuals.
Conference Room 3: 12 individuals.
