Bankruptcy Tips for the Non-Bankruptcy Lawyer CLE – May 31

The FBA’s New Orleans Chapter is pleased to announce its second annual CLE on Bankruptcy Tips for the Non-Bankruptcy Lawyer – Pitfalls to Avoid.  When a client or an entity that deals with your client files for bankruptcy, the ripple effects can be far reaching.  Our panel of bankruptcy experts will share their experiences with the common problems that result when a bankruptcy is filed.
